The goal of this assignment is to demonstrate an understanding of OT treatment across a continuum of settings, based upon your hands-on fieldwork experiences, and how you would advance the treatment plan, and with patients with different diagnoses.
This assignment on sitting balance in acute care is intended to provide one day of alternative Level 1 Fieldwork.

Videos of Calvin are used throughout the StrokeHelp® Video Course: Treatment Strategies in Acute Care.
Prepare students for their clinical experience in the acute care setting. Guidelines are provided for teaching assessment and intervention strategies with neurologically involved patients in the ICU and acute care hospital.
